I don't show up each trading session every night (Vietnam time) wondering what to do.

I have a very repeatable routine that I follow before I start taking positions.

Market conditions are different every day, so it warrants different analysis, but this is what a typical session looks like:

Check my accounts. (Current balance, up-to-date win/loss)
Review yesterday’s trades. Quickly go over all the winning and losing trades, looking for patterns.
Check news, and make notes of any notable high-impact reports.
Check the OT tool, and see where the trending market will be. Early warnings of choppy markets.
General charting to confirm and validate the main trend of the market.
Make notes of any problematic area as I formulate my thesis for the day.
Set up my trade plan.
Review my daily playbook.
Make coffee.
Be patient and wait for my perfect scenario to take the trade.
Make notes of my trade once I take a position.

And a few more other things, but this should give you a pretty good idea.

Spending 15-20 minutes following a proven routine is going to give you a much higher chance of succeeding in that trade session versus just showing up and winging it because you feel like the market is going to go a certain way.
